    I'm new here *Wave*

    Hey people,

Just recently picked up my first bmw, and my first Rwd car. Over the past 7 years I've owned and modified vws.

After (sadly) wrecking my last car I decided to try something different. Set my eyes on a E30 and happened to stumble upon a nice example of one.

Here are a few pics of the past cars, and the present car. I'll probably be asking more questions than answering for awhile, as I'm ignorant when it comes to e30s.

I plan on keeping the car as stock as possible, lowering it a little, eliminating some body roll and adding other OEM + goodies. Comments and critisms are always welcome.

    Mk4 Vr6

    Mk3 Vr6

    Mk4 Vr6 Turbo

And the new to me 325is mint, 230kms.

Edit: Might as well add, if anyone knows where to purchase some Ac schnitzer type I wheels, I will pay top dollar for them.

Not a bad selection man. That MkIV with the 17" RS wheels looks pretty hot. The E30 looks really nice, clean and simple. Salmonsilber, right? Cloth sport seats really do it for me as well, as does the M-Tech II steering wheel. It's a great starting point.

Hey, who's original Cooper is that?

My fathers, we've modified it a bit. Coils, adjustable shocks, exhaust, intake etc... I have more pics I'll dig up.

They do, but 300+ whp is fun no matter what car it's in.

Edit: Some pics of the mini

Your father has a beautiful car there. Judging by the fender-mounted mirrors, I'm guessing it's a pre-80's model, perhaps? Now that I think of it, this is probably the first original Mini I have seen with fender-mounted side mirrors.

                              Love the mk3!!

Oh and whatever addiction you had to VWs will be fully eclipsed now that you are in an E30. The addiction that comes along with owning an E30 is a very strange fish. Oh and try 300hp in an E30. You'll be saying, "what VW?"

Haha, enjoy and welcome to the site.
