exhaust question???

ok i have this loud ass exaust and i dont really like the sound at all, since my car is in the mechanic shop getting new stuff like : new engine mounts, new power steering pulley , water pump pulley and and other shit i was wondering if i could find an exhaust that doesn't sound that loud untill you really step on it!!!! oh and i am looking for somthing that is not more than 200$ i am broke as shit now:giggle:

what do you guys think of magnaflow mufflers. or i sould put the stock one back and drill some holes.

and my car sounds like a honda now at low RPM'S

i think you should just keep it, or if you want a catback thats just a little lounder than stock go get an IE catback.

man i need to do the suspensions for now so yah i think magnaflow will do the trick..
how about the stock 325i exhaust??? can i fit it?? how about just the muffler???

hmm, after watching the video, I have bad news. if that's super loud to you then you should probably go stock. maybe with a resonator or something, but pretty much anything aftermarket that I've heard in person makes your exhaust sound modest. perhaps it was the recording

The Magnaflow isn't loud at all actually, I've got one on my M20 and it sounds fine. It drones like hell on the highway, but besides that it sounds pretty nice for a 12 valve straight-six.
