    Tire Dilemma

Well im selling my car sometime before next summer. Right now my 16" rims are rubbing in the wheel well, they are some big tires ,55's. BTW its due to chassis problems :x . Well I bought some bottle caps, and now I need tires. I live in minnesota so they do have to handle some snow but I dont want to spend to much at all on them because im selling it and all. So any reccomendations on this? Cost is probably the #1 factor, then snow traction. Thanks.

Or would I just be better off with some winter tires like these?
