    A history lesson for you - The first 325

    So I was browsing through one of the big BMW history coffee table books we've got laying around and was reminded of this car again. I went online to see if I could find any more information and couldn't so I took a few pictures of the book for you guys to read too. I hope you can read it, I did the best I could to photograph it so it would be legible.

    So that's what the first street car looked like eh? I dont know if I've seen one of those before or not. Definitely looks like it was intended to transport German military officials. I like the trunk!

    I do recognize the engine though. We just built and engine and did an engine swap into a customer's '33 313 hill-climb car. He had a 2.0 in it and wanted the original stuff back in it.

          I'd rock it.

          No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan. :up:

              Just bought that book at the BMW Welt in Deutschland ;) Its got some pretty good stuff in it, as well as some very good pics.
