          itll fit without any problems i belive.

          because all cabrios have later model fender arches.

            An E30 Coupe M Tech II kit sideskirts will NOT fit on a cabrio without modification. Everything else is a straiht swap though, as long as you have the updated tail lights. Ify ou have the earlier tail lights (metal bumpers) you will need to modify the rear mounting points for the M Tech II apron to fit on.
