ok i am all for the turbo,, can i get away with just a small turbo no-other mods? i am on a tight budget, i have two turbos one off of a dodge cummins, and the other off a eclipse

Do maintenance on the car first. Turbo on the budget, you still looking at about 2k with all the things you'll need.

The eclipse turbo will proabably work better for a low budget build. You'll need to run some engine management of some sort, megasquirt is probably the cheapest that works.

I think tons of people use small turbos on stock m10 engines. Probably different injectors/components will be preferred, but...not too sure.

You can stroke it to a 2L pretty easily. check out what the 2002 guys are doing to their m10s.

Reverting back to carbs and yelling at the engine wondering why it won't gain power on its own...or atleast my plan so far.
