    Your Opinion

Well I found an ad, and I was wondering what ya'll would pay for this car. Its a 1989 M3 with 230k

    New paint
    New tires
    New clutch

Here is the kicker. The engine has something wrong with it. Here is what he gave me for the compression test, 1- 25psi 2 - 25psi 3-50psi 4-150psi. The front seats are also worn. What would you pay for it?

Depends on the condition of the chassis etc. An exceptional condition complete roller will easily fetch 6k nowadays.

depends on.... a lot of things.

why was it repainted and how well was it done?
        any rust or misaligned panels?
any windnoise that should not be there?

not being able to drive it makes it a 5000 car

Ouch, that s14 is toast. Buy it and go 2.5 with a worked head and some good cams.
