    smooth trunk lid

My is rear spoiler is coming apart from the actual trunk lid, I'm wondering how it's actually attached to the trunk, by plastic mounts, adhesive, magnetic field? Anyone know what's the best way to get it off?

there are screws molded into the spoiler that go through the trunk. I'm not sure, but i think its 10mm nuts on the inside. Haven't taken a look in a while though.

Yup. Six 10mm nuts that are accessed by opening the trunklid and looking inside the round holes.

magnetic field. The trunk lid itself is positively charged and with a magnitude of about 16-17 Tesla the spoiler is attached. It is very easy to remove, but if it does not pull right off some people use a negatively charged magnet to weaken the megnetic bond between the trunk lid and spoiler.
Pop the trunk open (once you have your magnet) and you will need to sit inside the trunk while pointing the magnet TOWARDS the spoiler. This process is much easier when the trunk lid is closed - have a friend stand by.
