Help with turn signal

I've searched and didn't find anything.

It's simple. I turn my signal on, take a turn, and it doesn't go back.

It happened when I took my wheel off, and I believe there are connectors when the wheel touches the column, for things like the horn etc. I cranked it down pretty good and it still doesn't work.

there is a little plastic thing that probably broke, which is why it doesnt work anymore. i am not sure exactly where it is located, though.

take the wheel back off there should be a tab on the left side of the hole where the steering wheel goes.
