    Craigslist 325i

Hey, i was just wondering what she meant by a rocker arm...I'm thinking that she might not know what shes talking about.

FYI, i don't know her in anyway. Its not my car, blah blah blah.

sounds to me like she has had it checked out already. Or she actually knows/husband or bf knows that the rocker arm is bad. Offer her $500 for it and see what she says..remember she has to get rid of it NOW

When my buddy talked to her on the phone she said it was part of the rear suspension. Not anything to do with the motor. I DO KNOW about rocker arms with the m20s. Maybe i didn't make myself clear.

She might attract more interest to her car if she didn't yell the whole time.

I know, I hate reading ads like that because my inside reading voice is always yelling. It;s quiet right now at my house and yet I am reading that ad yelling the whole time in my head.

I'm really tempted to buy it, but my e30 that i've got right now needs paint, brakes, and other assorted stuff... On the other hand though, can you ever have too many bimmer projects?

Sorry, didn't mean to suggest you didn't know that. Now we're on the same page

Maybe it does need a rocker arm, and she has no idea what it is anyway

When I see broken rocker arms, it usually means a broken timing belt!!
