    I wanna go straight pipe from the exhaust on my 86 325es. What muffler should i get? or should i even do it?? i want a good deep european sound not to loud. Please help me.

              YES, best sound. Im in SC so i ran a gutted stock cat and ANSA

              Best sound...and its cheap too.

                    just buy new, if you buy them used they will most likely already be rusted.....Cheap...but good sound

                      i could get the ANSA exhaust for an i and use a Y pipe for my es? would the i and es exhaust make a difference besides dual and single pipe.

                          I have an Ireland engineering catback and no cat, it sounds a lot better than a high flow did. I can't say it isn't loud, but it isn't ridiculous, I also have headers though. I fucking love the sound at 6k though, I can't think of a better way to describe it than it screams. I'll get a sound clip one of these days...

                            i ran an Ansa sport exhaust for 7 years in salty New England with no problems. I highly recommend it for the price-conscious modder.
