225/50-15 should be near perfectly sized, compared to the stock 195/65-14. You might be used to seeing the smaller alternative 195/60-14

That's the correct size. Most people run 225/50 or 205/55. You could always go with a 215/50, slightly smaller.

Correct. I run 225/ 50s on my 15" Hartges and I have a penis.

I like the undersized 205 50s I had before. I think the 225 45 has the same OD.
