Did you guys lose any of the nuts in the e30 trunk yet? Its easy if your not paying attention when you test fit, etc.

I found the website for Harrys and it looks like exactly what I'm talking about. Should be fun to go up and see what they have. Have you been recently? Any good stuff? Hell, if y'all wanna take a road trip I've got a mini van with a ton of space inside (if theres only room for 2 or 3 people), and I do have access to a trailer, but don't know what anyone would need it for (Maybe I'l grab a $69 m30 next week lol).
lol yep its me, my names rob, the SN is an alter ego...

but anyway, the car is running great now, got the overheating under control. Thanks again for stopping!. And adam got the spoiler on but we need to fit it again its a little wrong right now but still looks pretty good!

the first time we went to harry's in allentown actually is when i found a complete 5 speed 535i. It was like a gold mine for my M30 swap! i had a motor already so we left the one there for someone else... we pulled it out of the car tho to get the trans... it was a hell of alot of fun!

I didn't think Rick was the correct name. Good to hear from you man.
Sorry I couldn't lend a hand (I'm more of an armchair mech), I had to hustle off. Your car was so damn loud. My brother couldn't believe it was an e30 m30. Its even louder than my friends e36, which I thought wasn't possible. His car I hear from blocks away.

One thing I'm curious about, does the bend in the trunk(slope from top to back where badge is) line up with the spoiler? It was almost three years ago when I test fitted it on my car, but from some reason I was thinking that its very close but not quite right. I was trying to tell Adam that, but after you guys left I realized that when I said overhang, he may have thought over hang on the sides of the car.

And jesus, looking at the prices they have, I may give the m30 swap a go too! I think next week is $69 engine week, it would be fun to grab one just to take apart and put back together.

Next time around stop by and bring a brother for a ride, all of the people I know with BMWs have e36s, and that just aint the same.

Well your stash is safe from me, my trailer, and my bastard scouring of every state on the Atlantic to hoard all of the good e30 parts you need.

Lol, just playing, I found a good place that has two locations with 2 hrs. Why wait til next weekend when I can go this Sat?

I am curious if my original assumption was correct. Are these type of operations much more prevalent on the west coast than over here on good side? Erm, I mean east coast..

Okay, the Harry's Pick N Pull in Allentown sucks. Seems okay if you own a Beretta or Cutless, and the were some old nissan cars, but only two MBs (which added up to a quarter of one car) and one e30, which was completly picked. There was an e36, also gutted.
The only thing there was a 318ti in good condition, green over tan. My buddy wanted some parts off of it, but sadly it will not be ready for picking until weds.

Oh well, I guess I'm heading to Hazelton this week sometime.
