true, that would suck. but in order to find out if it will always start every time he tries, i will never get paid.How about this situation..
You make him an awesome swap, drives well, idles well, doesn't overheat, doesn't misfire, starts every time, doesn't have a driveline shudder, has proper shift linkage, doesn't leak oil from the custom oil pan, and has working electronics with no wires running amock, and then your fabulous engine mount fails and he wrecks his jdm power car into a pole, ditch, family of 3.
How will your friendship/contract/money situation work out then?

another thing, contract. no liability on my part. now if something fucks up that i had control over, i will man up and fix it but if he is out driving like a idiot with his "family" that doesnt exist, and crashed into a pole, his fault, not mine.
