Registering an Ontario car in Quebec (Canadians, please help..)

So I'm going to get an iX from Ontario..

The car is currently registered in Ontario, I'm going to buy it and register it in Quebec,

Question is, does anyone know if the car will have to go through any inspection?

    Any help is appreciated,

    Thanks!

I not 100% sure on this but in Ontario all you need is proof of insurance on the car you just bought and just get a 10day permit ( they do the 10day a little different now, they issue you an actually plate now not just a sticker for your window) and just drive it back to quebec and register it there.

I would head over to maxbimmer.com and ask there you will get better info.

Yes, Ontario will require a proof on insurance to issue a 10-day temporary license plate. Not a problem. Just call your insurance broker with VIN in hand.
