    new carpet?

whats the best place to buy a new carpet set? I saw that bavarian autosport had one for 400 bucks in black but I didn't know if there was something better out there. The carpet in my car is great, but I want all black. Thoughts?

A friend of mine with an E30 M3 recently picked up his new carpet from Maximillian, I never heard what price he scored it for but it may be worth inquiring.

You can try dyeing it, a few people here have done it. But if your set on brand new, not sure. How much would the dealer charge.

EDIT: cancel that, my PM seems to be broken.

I did my cars carpet about a year ago with VHT Vinyl Dye. I think it looks great. Get hold of me early this week, I will swing by and you can take a look, as I will be in PDX/Van this week.

Did you use VHT in the spray can?Because I used the spray and my carpet came out looking like crap.

                Yeah, I did.

I pressure washed the hell out of my carpet, waited for freeking ever for it to dry, then sprayed it, then brushed it while wet. I did this several times, major PITA.
