    CNC Milling

I work at a shop that has a CNC mill and lathe that I run. I was wondering if any of you guys had some some stuff you want made. I can make almost anything on these. Examples are intake minifold adapters, shifter bezels, S/C brackets, exaust manifold adapters, wheel centers, custom engraving, pulleys... the list goes on. Drop me some ideas and I can see if I can come up with something for you guys. here's a link to the e36 shifter bezels I made. http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1096971

Either reply here or drop me a pm...

    Thanks guys.

It would be awesome if I could see pics on bf.c without making an account.

Anyway, how about some solid motor mounts? Camber plates? Rear shock mount reinforcements? Shift knobs? I know other manufacturers already provide those, just throwing some ideas out.

i wonder how much interest I could spark with m42 underdrive pulleys. It would be quite expensive to make just one. It would take many hours of work to make the drawing from scratch not to mention the tooling and machining time. However it would be fairly less expensive to make a whole lote of them and sell them.

Do you want me to post a thread over on M42club to gauge interest? I have no idea how many people would be interested, but it may be worth a shot.

Spacers to fit Miata wheels on E30's. I have seen it done once, and it would open up lots of wheels to E30 guys, plus it's not a particularly complex part.

It's an M42. We need all the help we can get. Granted, the more I think about this, the worse it sounds due especially to the fact that the e30 M42 doesn't use a serpentine belt. This may make offsets and alignment a bit difficult. The total price would also have to be less than or equal to a serpentine conversion, which achieves some of the same thing.

what do you mean when you say intake manifold adapters? like flanges? Those might gauge some good interest for those who want to make their own intake manifold.

many hours to design it? My brother owns a CNC machine shop and we've made lots of 1 off pulleys and it didn't take long at all...
