The state of your confusion is extremely amusing to e30 people in the know. You may want to take some lessons before you get hot-headed.
1. Evo in e30 world only refers to M3's and quite simply, there is no body kit. Yeah the bumpers are different but that doesnt mean its a kit.
2. Most of us are assuming you are actually talking about the M-tech II body kit. Even if fiberglass, you cant get anything more than the rear bumper and a sideskirt for $200.
3. Your parts perusing skills leave a lot to be desired. When seller provides no pictures and an extrememly poor description with questionable price tag, normally means question seller in full or walk away.

If we must taunt you a second time, you might as well heed StereoInstaller's advice.
