Front plastic swap need some help.

I put the new valence on today, and when I went to put the kidneys in they didnt line up at all. The gap between the top of the radiator support and the bottom of the valence were about an inch or two off. And when I put the kidneys in the top where the clips go and tryed to close the hood, the kidneys were to high up.

I don't see how something like the support could have possible moved by taking the valence off. Any suggestions?

well, your right.. it would be pretty weird for the support to move at all - which is why I have a feeling it is still in the same place that it was
    :)

does your valance line up correctly on the sides and in the front?

put up pictures, you will get your answer 10x faster

I'll put some up tomorrow. It's to dark out right now for my shitty camera.

Yeah it's all lined up pretty good. It's by no means perfect.

When you installed the valence, did you install the attached trim piece between the bumper and the grille? If that is also new, it may have been tweaked in some way. They are rather flexible.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that piece is attached to the valence. I mean it looks straight, its and the outside grills fit fine, its just the middle kidney.

The pictures will help to explain it.

Oh and this is what kinda boggled me.

You know how at the top there is that hole for it to line up, and than it fits snuggly for the two clips, well if I put it there like it use to be and try and close the hood and wont even close?! I was like wtf? How is that even possible?
