All the props in the world to Ground Control!!!
I was speaking to Jay at Ground Control (the head honcho) and I told him that the IE camber plates are very competitive with his when it comes to price, functionality, and reviews. Fortunately, Jay is a proud and faithful supporter of his products and he has 100 percent confidence over anything else out there in the market when it comes to suspenion...
So when I mentioned the thread to him about the camber plate comparison on this very forum (in the suspension category) he was willing to put his product to the test and also let me have a set of plates at an unbeatable price.
In the thread (I am sure most of you know which one I am talking about), Jay backs up his product with informative pictures and logical arguments to show that his products are designed with the greatest care and nurturement.
That is how things as far as product goes, but then there has been some comments about ground control's customer service. Tell me this... how many head honchos of incorporations do you see on these forums? IT takes care for the customer to have a main player of a performance company on the forums talking to his own customers and supporting his product. When ordering my plates, me and Jay were not only speaking in a first name basis, but we exchanged several emails back and forth to communicate and my shipment was received THE VERY NEXT DAY I ordered them!!!!!! Amazing customer service for sure, and I have never been as close to a company as Grond Control before and after ordering parts. I am truly a very happy customer of ground control and keep them at my very highest regards. Jay is the man and his products are the $@%*!!!! Trust me on that.
Next time Jay... You are gonna have to get me an awesome price on some coilovers though! :D
