Hello guys i need some help...

...with my 88 325iS! I just dont like the stock aluminum bumpers, i wanted to get the plastic ones, cuz i thought that they would fit on my car, but i was wrong! they're a lil bit longer!

My question is: is there any way to do this convertion from the aluminum bumpers to the plastic ones?

    You aren't kidding?

There must be 100 threads on this topic, but you have to use the search button.

Huh, I was under the impression that '88s were a straight swap for plastic bumpers.

      And use the search function.

Use the shocks from the plastic bumpers instead of the ones on the car, and you should be set. The '88 is a straight swap. I know because mine is one.

Oh, and you need the pigtails for the front turn signals from the plastic bumper car.

Yeah, this is a widely covered topic. MY88 cars are a straight plastic bumper swap from what I understand, there isn't any fabricating necessary.

            Here's some valuable information.
