self-service garage in socal?

I've been reading about places that rent out a workspace with a lift and tools. Does anybody know of something like this in SoCal, preferably in the Inland Empire area?

I don't think they have them, insurance and liability are too much of an issue. Make friends with someone in the industry?

most military bases have something like this, so if you have any friends in the service talk to them about it. But they'll have to drive your car on, etc. If it works out, and you know someone that works on a base local to you, it's pretty sweet, I used it the last few days to change oil, brake pads, and some other miscellaneous stuff.

I just saw a billboard for this in Beaumont or Banning about a week ago... Unfortunately I don't remember the name or anything. If I head back out there I'll try to get the name.
