engine rebuild?

does anybody have information on rebuilding an m10? parts needed that would need to be replaced from normal wear and tear? and procedure? i want to run a turbo but i want to make sure my engine is strong before i do it. i dont want any turbo info, just engine rebuild threads or info you have.
