    Cali to Toronto

    Hey guys,

I'm flying from Toronto to California to pick up a truck with my buddy then driving back, 2600 miles, we're staying in Cali for 2 days, wednesday to friday evening. Any idea as to where we can have some fun or get drunk. We're only 20 and wouldn't mind paying a bit to have some fun. And any ideas for good stops along the way would be nice.

    Thanks

    Sam

I dunno... We're going across the state, not Canada.

                lmao Jay.

I live on Ontario guys, thats just above Michigan. So it would be an extra 1000+ miles to go through B.C and across Canada.

This is the plan. Any suggestions of stuff to check out in Cali or along the route, toss it in. We're in cali from Wednesday to Friday night, then Friday night to Sunday, the drive.. We plan on going to Hollywood for a bit too. We'll have the truck to drive around. We're staying at a Motel 6 in Santa Ana.

Make the trip to get drunk and swim in the ocean Danny.

I've never seen the ocean before, let alone swam in it.

Hey Sam. If I were you, I would spend half a day more on the road and be safe. This is almost December, and you don't want to be caught in a snow storm. Why don't you go as South as possible, do Route 66 and end-up in LA. I have done it many, many times and it is the safest route in this season.
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

We're flying TO Cali and driving back to Toronto. We have about 2 and a half days driving time.

i was just about to say, you don't want to take any chances going through CO when there could be some snow. since you are driving from CA to CAnada, though, take I-40 (aka route 66) east first until you get past the rockies, then start going north.

2.5 days is really pushing it for that distance, in my opinion, especially if you are wanting to stop to have some fun.
