    Tough warm starting?

Over the past few days (it has been cold outside if that makes a difference) the car is taking much longer to crank over to start once its been up to temperature and then shut off.

3-4 times on Sunday while we were out running errands, the car consistently took more than 5 seconds to start, a few times accompanied by a wheezing sound, sometimes not.

I know 5 seconds doesn't sound like alot, but since I've had the car in March, key turns, instantly fires up. Like seriously 1/2 a second at most an it fired up.

Car runs great, just trouble warm starting. Any ideas?

    Coolant Temp Sensor maybe?

I'm not sure if I'm reading your post right, but I've had similar issues with mine as well. It starts alright in cooler/cold weather, even if it's been left outside over night. But after driving it for some period of time, it consistently takes a while to start. I don't think it has anything to do with the starter though.

mine did the same thing a week ago, i would park the car for 10minutes come back and it would take a while to start. it ended up being my TPS slid a little so i put it back to the original spot and it hasn't done it since(its ony been a few days)

My old cabby had a similar issue. It would start fine if it sat for a long time but had a hard time whenever I just ran into the store or something. I thought fuel pressure regulator initially but it turned out to be the fuel pump. Supposedly there is a check valve in there that maintains pressure in situations like that. Replaced the pump and it was good as new.
