    Variations in sport springs?

Here I sit..88 325is, 91 318is, and a 1992 325i cabrio with what feels like sport springs, did BMW have the same spring rate in all their sport models, or did it change? I'm debating swapping springs car to car based on needs, the '88 will become a racer, so it needs to follow the rules, it's suspension can head for the cabrio if needed.

This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.

Springs for the carbrio are specefic for the car, the ones from your 88 is will not work. At least thats my understanding, hopefully I am wrong for your sake! If you go look on the H&R website at their springs, the cabrio and the ix have their own specific springs due to varying weight added by the transfer case in the ix and the retractable top in the cabrio's case and clearance limitations in the case of the ix.

Just more work, I'm not a huge fan of swapping struts around, the entire assembly is so easy to swap, and I have early housings for bigger struts and more camber in the '88

well in that case I guess it does not really apply, do you not need higher spring rates due to the increased weight in the cabrio?

I know little about cabrios, I have one rule with cars, if I can't earn the money to pay for it in one day then I can't afford it, this is the first cheap cabrio I have found :D Every time I break this rule I regret it!
