    An 87 325is for $150?

YEah I'm picking up an 87 325is today for $150 and It is in great shape. Perfect for a parts car. the only thing wrong with it is the recharging system. I could fix it but I already have a car. So look for my FS thread for tons of parts from this car...

ummm, why part it if it is great shape? Stick a new alternator in it and sell it.

I made a quick $600 on an e30 I picked up for $400 about a month ago. It even had a blown headgasket and I still sold it for $1000 (1989 325i 4dr). I think you should resell it.

I recently bought one (87 327is) myself for 200 bucks for patrs. Has mtechII front and rear bumper with perf. headers (bavauto). Runs and drives, but body is not that great, interior is terrible, and a lot of misc issues here and there. Besides i'd already build a 327i..So using it for parts is not all that a bad idea.

the positive terminal wire was rubbing ok the metal in the trunk. It tore a hole in the insulation and the wire was touching ground. Creating a resistance. I lifted the wire away from the chassis and no more problem... Haha. I can't believe it was as simple as that. And to think, a mechanic quoted him 800 to fix something that wasn't broken. I bought the car and it's not in good enough shape for me to sell it as a whole. It has some front end damage and the interior I not in the best shape. I'm keeping the motor, and selling everything else... I'll post a fs thread tonight and you guys can just tell me if you need anything and I'll pull it off and ship it.
