A friend of mine got an ///M3 for $600. It was nice, just needed a LOT of engine work, and a little front end work, too. TOTALLY WORTH IT.

I dream of an all origninal M3, clean and only slightly modified (better suspension, etc). I've learned so much from building up two e30s now and i'm frustrated that things didnt come out perfect with my 91 so I know what to watch for and what to do next go'round. But it will have to wait until end of next year after I move. :(

$500 + stuff in my garage + $2200 s52 + $1500 in assorted stuff + labor = $4200 of worth it.

Rusty, fuct up, beat, whatever. I'd make some returns on whatever I could from the s14, and just drive it. It isn't a salvage title is it?
