Ted, I agree. I think it looks fine and should be a cool looking car. Was BMW just supposed to keep making boxes with the exact same grills on every car, every year?

Look at the E90 which I find really attractive vs. an E36 or E46 which were very bland looking boxes.

Thsi is the same car that I saw around July/August running around K-Town on a sunday morning, but with some of the add-on disguise. That front end gives it a "HEY LAUGH AT ME PLEASE" look.

And to think what you could fit under that hood!!!! Or even a straight 6 tucked up to the firewall. That car must have 50/50 balance.

umm, I kinda like it. hold on, let me go look again... yep, still like it. (But, the kidneys are a bit overdone.) And unfortunately the convertible hardtop is what sells, so it's kind of inevitable that cars will continue to go in that direction. I wouldn't kick it out of the garage as a everyday car that's comfy, somewhat fast and classy.

Let's be honest, our cars impress 40 year old men, that car impresses 20 year old women.

i dont hate it, looks just like the old z4 with a bigger trunk (which is the oposite of what a roadster should have) and uglier headlights like the rest of new bmws

and of course the worst part is the inverted hood lines

The whole package isn't that bad, but the grille/kidneys kill it for me.....
