baby seats...that's right, baby seats to fit my coupe

So-we're having our first kid this spring and I need to find something that will fit in the back of the e30. Suggestions?

my graco works find, but it must go in the middle as the pass and driver seats done allow it to go behind. get an e34 asap.

Good luck. I have had my daughter in a Britax Boulevard in the back seat of my cabrio a couple of times, and now I just put her in the front or we take the van. A coupe would be a nightmare. And remember they have to face the rear until they're a certain weight, which means the seat will stick 6-8" off the front of the rear seat. We had problems with that in my wife's RX330 before we got our Sienna, and the RX is a limo in the back compared to an E30. I suggest you start looking for another vehicle soon.

Congrats on the little one, btw! We're expecting our second girl on May 23rd!

x2 on a new car. I no longer drive my e30 coupe or e36 coupe because my daughters car seat. I have a Britax Marathon (I believe). Congrats.

i never put our son's infant seat in my e30 or my e28. i've put his regualar chicco forward facing seat in both and it works fine. it's tough to secure it in the 2 door e30 because its hard to run the belt through the bottom of the seat. once it's in though it fits fine. plenty of room with my wife in the passenger seat.
i'm really looking forward to getting him a recaro booster seat!

Thanks for the replies guys! We do have a VW Golf that we're planning on using too. I'm looking for a seat for the e30 for those times when the Gold is not available. I am thinking about some sort of e34 though.

+1 No biggie. My boy loves stiff coilovers. His neck is REALLY strong.
Can't wait till he gets bigger, and I can get a recaro.

So what model Graco are you guys using?
Will the infant seat fit in there?

Excuse for a 740il, or a man sedan...

This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.
