I've been without my front plate for about a year and a half now and no cop has even looked twice. Don't call attention to yourself by doing something stupid and you'll be fine. 8)

the US plate blocks the top opening in the valance which I think looks stupid, and thats why i got the euro plate.(and the fact that the OEM trim i got doesn't fit a US plate with out drilling:( )

Just stop it. There isn't enough available empty space on the front of an e30 to do it. It looks like metal diarrhea. It's not "unique" it's not "ballin", it's retarded.

Unless you move it to one side of the bumper (which looks extra horrid), you're blocking an air intake of some sort too. So just don't do it.
