BTW, I missed out on a Hard Top that sold for $400.00 the other day on craigslist.

It was described as being in good condition. I emailed the person 2x and a day later, they replied that they just sold it.

The seller was in the same town I live in too. I responded to the ad about 30 minutes after it was posted, but they didn't get back to me until a day later and after they had sold it.

I'm not really interested in a HT, but at that price I would be.

BTW, 2 years ago I missed out on a HT that was advertised for sale on craigslist for $100.00

This one was about 20 minutes from where I live and was also listed as being in good condition.

Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm...
