Would you recommend the Vardon grip or an interlocking one?

I'm 29, flexible as hell, and can drive 300 off the tee. Should I be playing 3-4 irons from the fairway or heaven woods?

I currently use a wilson 8802 putter and have done since I was I was 14. I play quite irregularly at this stage of my life (there are no golf courses at sea) so should I swap to a face weighted putter which is easier to be accurate with, or stick to what I know, even though I know it takes a shit load of work to be consistently binning 20+ ft puts with a heel-weighted putter?
