Yeah the HEMI isnt what the old one was but it still makes decent power for a friggin 40k car. It also looks better than BMWs outings.

I also cant afford 80k for a friggin 745i (nor would I drop it if I had it). I would be plenty content with last gens e500 with an american interior.

Is everyone forgetting the Audi RS6, or even the RS2, as they make the Dodge look like piss and don't forget the ony thing the Magnum knows how to do is go in a straight line fast not handle turns, and the dash looks like ass, lastly quality were talking about a dodge product here. Plus there is no manual, only slushboxes piff!!!

the audi's are probably 2-3x the cost of the magnum though. besides, for a highway weapon, which is all these things are really good for, race car handling and shifting arent as important. not to me at least

highway weapon huh I thought these Magnum's shut down 4 of the 8 cyl. on the highway for gas mileage, right. And if $ is an object here then buy a a used s6. It will last longer then the Magnum and you'll save teh difference in gas money over time.
Who wants a car that can't handle turns, not me and AWD is another point for the Audi.
Its a dodge it sucks last thing they built that was this badass was the K car, joke.

Um, that's obviously only when there is light load present. Kinda like 5th gear, it goes there when you're not pushing it.

Or else that new E46 wagon with M3 motor is pretty worthless.

I read your entire post, but I just had to disagree. The magnum just looks like a low minivan with a powerful motor. The Audi avants seem more like extended sport sedans, for ethusiants. Maybe people might get a kick out of a powerful Hemi in a station wagon, but I dunno. And they aren't neccessarily highway warriors for all people....and just pointing that out.

Magnum might be hella cheaper, and similar, but that doesn't mean it plays ball the same way.
The same goes for X5 versus the Rendezvous. Both try to make a luxury SUV with handling of a sporty car, and a nice ride......but only one got it right.
