                        Before I did anything I'd try to contact their insurance to see if they really had any. If they didn't have any, they shouldn't have been on the road, as least in some states. If your state forbids this, it doesn't matter who hit who, they were at fault.
                        Driving is the only way to go faster....

                          Okay first, they can not call it a hit and run charlie. Karlo is not going to give them his insurance policy then get in his car and hall ass. Highly doubtful. Second mode30 has good point get up with her insurance provider. Third, always be weary when asians start speaking their native tongue in front of youafter corresponding in english. They are ALWAYS scheming. Best of luck man. Dont let some of these idiots who think the worst about everything get you down. ;)

                              Not trying to be an ass or anything, and I'm not Asian, but in fairness to others on the board who may be, don't you think that some of these comments are better suited to a PM? It sorta distracts from the larger issue. It could have been me several years ago that he hit.
