Before I did anything I'd try to contact their insurance to see if they really had any. If they didn't have any, they shouldn't have been on the road, as least in some states. If your state forbids this, it doesn't matter who hit who, they were at fault.

Okay first, they can not call it a hit and run charlie. Karlo is not going to give them his insurance policy then get in his car and hall ass. Highly doubtful. Not trying to be an ass or anything, and I'm not Asian, but in fairness to others on the board who may be, don't you think that some of these comments are better suited to a PM? It sorta distracts from the larger issue. It could have been me several years ago that he hit.
