I've recently moved to Seattle and am searching for a shop to do a compression test for me. if anyone knows of a friendly/knowledgeable shop in the area please let me know. i don't want to just stumble into a place with a bmw tag on their garage and get a load of bs. thanks alot!

Everyone tends to have high praise for Strictly BMW in Bellevue. I personally am a fan of The Wagon Shop in Kirkland, though they're not BMW specialists per se.

Give West Werks in Redmond a call. 425-605-3561 Francis and Matt there are both great guys. They have a small independent shop but know there stuff. Lot's of the local guys take there cars there. They also work on several of the PRO3 cars in the area.
