BUT

Having an accident while driving drunk with a passenger or 2x the speed limit with a passenger is considered attempted murder. And if passenger dies, it's murder (don't know which grade though).

Funny thing is, hitting a pedestrian while drunk is much less of a crime...

Was it a green audi, that flipped on the highway and went up an embankment? I may know who you're talking about.

Pictures I saw showed the audi on it's roof with nothing left of the wheels but the spokes.

Nah, silver A4 with a body kit and wheels. It did hit an embankment and flip, but it was on a back road in Lancaster. Inexperienced drunk 19 yr old girl trying to show off for 3 guys :( She was an alright person overall, just made some dumb decisions that night.

A friend of mine crashed her daddy's Audi while drunk, she made it out fine but killed 2 of her passengers. She'll be back to living a normal life very shortly, as far as I know she only did a couple years so far and they are already considering parole.

why does it always seem the driver gets the least of the injuries? they normally kill everyone within a couple block radius and go on to recover and lead a somewhat normal life, even if its behind bars.

Our highway police uses stupid 3,2L vectras and some OPC vectras. Now all we need are some highways.

mainly peug 206 and ford focus for cops, volvo v70 ( i think ) for the highway and landcruiser for other duties

back in 80/90s we had e30 2.5/2.7/golf 2 GTI and porsche 911 :-D
