I have been lurking around looking on the forums for a while, and just wanted to finally introduce myself to everyone. I drive an 88 iX coupe 5 speed that I just purchased last month (my first bmw), and am pretty pleased with it. There seems to be some fairly knowledgeable people on here and am looking forward to being a part of this forum!

I thought I had mentioned some FAQ or starting page to n00bs, explaining how to use the search tool, like using AND helps a shitload, or certain disclosures about the site.

But in the meantime, we make a decent welcoming party......all the Bf.c shipping over.

Ah, I looked at the FAQs during my previous post, but there isn't enough. Maybe I'll talk to some of you folks tommorrow and work on a n00b FAQ, and links to stickies and shit, and popular threads - ie. M30 AFM, Euro shit, etc.

Basically a list of things to do and not to do......like the opposite of what Ball did.
