I'm sure there isn't many of us who purchased their car new? But I've seen 4 BMWs first owner cars that don't even know about the tool kit and its missing stuff. Even my mom's car and I know shes never been in the tool kit.

I have that kit in my car. Just found it in the junkyard. Has a little 6er image in the top left corner of the inside of the box.

I need to save that image I only know about half of the stuff the belongs in that kit xD.

Whats nice is that the holes to screw this in are already pre-drilled into the trunk lid. All you have to do is screw it in and your set.

oh there were some red handle tools at the junkyard in an e28. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now i'm hitting my self since they're supposedly rare. :(

Apparently, this was an option for late model e30's.. I'm still kicking myself for not buying it when I had a chance.

Somewhere along the line I'm sure someone noticed that they were a rare item and started paying out the ass for them. I would have been much happier if people just tossed them off as generic AutoZone bullshit tools.
