Thats true. Its tough to find a nice condition one with a stick. Not many people who own them know what they have. Not like theyre E30 ///M3s or anything like that but they are desirable cars that are built like panzer tanks and are somewhat practical for being a sporty mid size 4 door. They are underappreciated by the general public to say the least.

i would say, i hated the car for the first week or so, but now i am in Love:p its like a bigger E30.

I gave up looking for a manual and just bought my tired 88 automatic.

The conversion is a little harder then the e30 (need to weld the rear shift carrier into the tranny tunnel), but other than that its simple and e30 parts work in several places.
