Want your car in a magazine?

Hey everyone I have a friend at Hemmings Sports and exotic and he's looking a clean e30 to feature in the magazine (they're trying to do a write up about e30s). It has to be fairly stock and well-maintained (something nice and original is always good). Doesn't matter if it's a 318 or a 325 as long as it's a clean car preferably a coupe.

It's a great enthusiast magazine and it's really respected in the collector car world. I'm not sure if it pays but it's a great chance to get your car in a mag if nothing else. Let me know what you've got and I can set you up with him. Pictures of your car help a lot.

I'm always game...not really STOCK for a US car, but it looks stock for a euro car :p

Maybe I can tell my boss I am flooded in and can't make it?

It's gotta be pretty stock appearing. Like if were a pre-88 car it have to have diving boards - untucked. Mechanically it also has to be appear stock (but if you have an seta block with an "i" head I don't think anyone would notice). Suspension and stereo upgrades don't really matter too much but again if it's a nice pristine, rust free example - that would be ideal.

I think it may be very hard to find a near stock e30 that would be magazine material. Even more so with the pre 88 cars. Now i seen a few "clone" cars that would fit the bill. Like James car. But you'll more then likely find a plastic bumper late model for the write up.

But anyway. If this does happen, let us know when it comes out.

Needs a couple bushings, trans has a faint whine, but other than that in pretty damn nice shape. Would look mint after a professional detail. ...the car has been driven 15 feet since this photo.

                        oh well.

God damn Magazines, going after the crazy riced out models with underglow, or the stock bottlecap equipped ones.

                        I need a flashy car I guess! :p
