      I was wrong, the B6 2.8 has the 2.8L M30. The B6 3.5 has the 3.5L M30, and the B6 3.5s is the M3-body version.

Here is a thread with more info, and here are some photos of what I believe is the same car.

I just called the guy and he told me that the car is almost sold to a guy in Seattle..He said that everything is working even the a/c. I asked if everything was original and he said yes but no extra pictures..I will I could see it in person.. He had it for the last 7 years.
This guy is about an hour away from where I live..

Damn a car like that deserves to be brought back to its original condition. specially for that price i think its a steal. Hopefully someone in this forum picks it up.

ok, broke down and called the guy:)

The information he gave me seems to show he knows about Alpinas. This is number 32 and has all the equipment except the steering wheel and exhaust is hartge? Only strange thing is he told me there is no AC in the car. Wish I could buy it, but shipping at about 900.00 is too much right now.

Not me guys! I wish I had the money to do it right now. It did go to a forum member and friend though. I'm sure he will chime in when he is ready :)

The car was number 32 according to the owner, or should I say PO :).
