Nothing will have changed. My best friend drives an 06 STi, and I have about 4 friends from work with WRXs, which in turn means I know about 20 other WRX owners on top of that.

The nice thing about that is they'll give me free/cheap parts, like the turbo timer/boost controller I got.

forgot to add; mentality that their car is just as good, if not better, than a most any car over the $100k limit.
