Searched around the M42 site and looks like its a harness only for non-cat cars and should be left unplugged. Wierd, huh?

I'm a fucking idiot, because when my fuel pump went out, I was double checking relays etc, and I noticed this plug unplugged, and on an impulse...I plugged it back in. Now, when I start my car, sometimes I have a rough idle for about 30 secs and then it goes away. I thought I did something wrong, but it all makes sense now...

            I just doublefacepalmed myself.
