I was reading on Amazon.com, and this one guy said that in Japan, China and most of Europe, store owners don't care about street dates and just put products out as soon as they get them, so they get stuff like 1-2 weeks earlier than us all the time.

I'm pretty sure it's the special edition revamped ones, but I don't care. I just want to see the original 3 Star Wars movies in WIDESCREEN dammit! I just want my widescreen!

Oh, and Charlie, the set comes in either wide or fullscreen.

Oh, trust me, I've had that for a LONG time.

I never got THAT gung-ho about it, I have always just been a HUGE fan of the movies. I don't dress up as characters, I don't have a toy lightsaber, and the only Star Wars stuff I own is the movies. I did however spend the night in line at the theater to get tickets for when they re-released the original 3 movies in the theater.
