Use a code like TMGG*OK or something. Those worked for me.

Ordered. I put a 4$ tip thinking the guy would probably deliver it anyway for a nice chunk of pocket change on a 0$ order.

I can't remember what coupon code I used that worked though since I went through about 20 before finding a working one, then had to register an account. If they call i'll just say I have the coupon and then not have it when he shows up
