I'm writing this from inside my broken car on 77th st in manhattan.
So, my fan pully seems to have siezed. Both the fan and alternator spin freely now that the belt is off. Leaving me to believe that the pully is siezed not the fan clutch (plus it's brand new).
Why is this happening, can I fix it?
