VERT GUYS: what is this car worth in your opinion?

Pics to come, but the basics:

    1989 325i Vert
    68K original, documented miles
Garage kept, Red on tan (MINT MINT MINT)
    Original top is good
    Autotragic

The car breathtakingly mint, and miles are true, thinking about this for my girls b-day.

    Price ideas????

4 - 5K, but only if it has a complete service history.

            CT car? Rust issues?

            Sounds like $5-6k easy.

5K max. is my estimate. A similar vert with 67,000 miles sold for 4.6K in Atlanta this past summer.

              1991 325ic and 1991 318is

If you are serious about it, you'll pay more to acquire it. I got a 101K really mint vert, 5 spd, red/tan, dbs. I paid $3000. I'm glad I did too...loved the car. I sold it last spring for $4200 w/ about 130-140K on it

For one with 68K w/ a ALL the records/main. done/top is good. I wouldn't mind spending upwards of 5K. If its something that you can see yourself investing in and enjoying, you could spend alittle bit more. So with everything, coming from a vert owner that has had a coupe, sedan, and a vert (vert is better if you aren't a racer) then 5-6K

Edit: make sure the steering rack is good too.

I have a lead on a Vert W/Hard top. It is in AZ - PHX - Area He wants between 7 & 9K But you know Cash Talks he has had it for the last 30k 3RD Owner 1st was Lease. Has minor Clutch problem RT now. He has bought a new car and he knows it is the last of the 30's made.
Note = I would have to ask him first if it would be OK to give his ph#/E-Mail out to prospected buyers. So be first in line for the # if interested.

here is one in my backyard if you want me to check it out for you

i wish i had room for it. my wife would love it.
get it for 4 grand, 1 grand to ship it enclosed to the east coast, and you have a beautiful california rust free car for the same price but with a 5 speed.
