Hey, is it an early or late euro valence? If it's a late one (with fogs mounted to the valence), I'll trade you an early one with new yellow fogs for it. (I also have a lip that fits it)

EDIT also assuming you don't mean the kind that only has one radiator vent and is for plastic-bumper cars.

The fogs have special mounts that connect to the frame rails. IIRC, each fog/mount assembly is $90 new from the dealer... check RealOEM for part numbers. Any 323i will have the proper part numbers.

Allright, just to be completely clear. There are two kinds of early euro valence. The kind like mine was made from '83 to '85, and the later from '86 to '87. The difference is most easily seen from the bottom of the valence - the early kind is like mine and just has holes for valence mounting. The late kind has tabs of sorts. You have the kind like mine, right?
