Uh, how long did it take him to cover your whole state, like 2 minutes? Did he fly off a cliff?Originally posted by 808BMWYup.Originally posted by bmwannabewhat the hell was he driving?! Im assuming a bike...?Originally posted by 808BMWI'm pretty sure my friends ticket was over that, not sure because I haven't seen him in a while. 198 in a 55.Originally posted by CharlieI'm surprised though, only a 215 buck fine for the speeding? 15 over in Ohio wil hit you with 145

well, i was referring to the 205 mph.Originally posted by MattE30Yeah, I knew I wasn't going to get out of a ticket for going that fast, so I played the "I am retarded and wrong and it will never happen again" card. He said he liked my honesty so he bumped me down to 20 over (which could still be a reckless driving charge if he wanted it to be) and refered me to driving school.Originally posted by Bokesthats pretty fast.

Highway on the other side of the island. It's wierd, they have 5 lane highways (each way), we have more people over here and we get 2 lanes (opposite directions)Originally posted by bmwannabeUh, how long did it take him to cover your whole state, like 2 minutes? Did he fly off a cliff?

yeah for $330 total and a wreckless driving charge that's not to bad, probably just suspend his motorcycle license for 6months or a year, peanuts for his actions.
best deal I ever had was before KS tripled their fines it was: 104 in a 70 total: $110.00, I started laughing when I saw the fine amount, boy that cop got pissed then.E30 325ix 62kComment

This actually happened really close to me. My physics teacher was explaining how it was likely that he wasnt actually going 205. They used a helicopter and a stopwatch to calculate the speed. Im pretty sure thats not the most accureate method to do it.
His buddie got cought doing a measily 15-.
I got a fucking ticet for like 130 for doing 14 over. This is total bullshit.

Learned the harway long time ago it's just not worth it. 137mph in a 55 zone in Vermont heading toward Canadian Border near St Albans on I91 north. Needless to say it's not hard to find a 73 Mercury Capri RS3400 in Corvette Orange.
Lost right to operate a vehicle in VT for 10 years. Ouch! I skipped on ticket. Caught up to me in Basic training. Explain that to your Drill Instructor.Comment
